This Qajar building was exposed to destruction due to non-principled restoration, but since March 2018, its new owner, by preserving the original body of the building and observing the principles and standards of restoration and using the best masters and painters, while making it practical, has given it a new spirit. The body of this building was blown and they established the Shahesavaran boutique hotel.
It is hoped that this valuable building, which has been subjected to many adversities since 150 years ago and has now been restored, will be a legacy for future generations and the pride of our beloved Iran.
