This Qajar building was in danger of being destroyed due to unprincipled restoration. Since March 2019, its new owner, by preserving the original structure of the building and observing the principles and standards of restoration, and by utilizing the best craftsmen and painters, while putting it into practice, breathed new life into the structure of this building and established the Shahsavaran Boutique Hotel.

It is hoped that this valuable building, which has suffered many hardships since 150 years ago and has now been restored, will be a legacy for future generations and the pride of our beloved Iran.
