قوانین و مقررات هتل بوتیک شهسواران

تخلیه اتاق ها :ساعت تخلیه اتاق ها ساعت ۱۲:۰۰ ظهر و ساعت تحویل اتاق ها ساعت ۱۴:۰۰ می باشد در صورت تمایل جهت تمدید اقامت خود با واحد پذیرش هماهنگ فرمائید
صبحانه : ساعت سرو صبحانه از ساعت ۸:۰۰ تا ۱۰:۰۰ صبح میباشد
نظافت: در صورت تمایل به نظافت اتاق تا قبل از ساعت ۱۲ با واحد پذیرش هماهنگ و یا از کارت درخواست نظافت روی درب اتاق استفاده نمائید.

سرو غذا و استعمال هرگونه مشروبات الکلی و دخانیات شامل سیگار ، قلیان و … ممنوع و در صورت عدم رعایت قوانین شامل جریمه نقدی به مبلغ ۱۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰ ریال میباشد.
احتراما در صورت بروز خسارت به اقلام داخل اتاق مهمان متعهد به جبران خسارت به میزان برآوردی به تشخیص مجموعه میباشد.

اتاق های این عمارت فاقد تلویزیون می باشد .

Terms and Conditions of Shahsavaran boutique hotel

Room check out: checking out is 12:00 at noon and check in time is at 14:00 p.m if you want to extend your stay please coordinate with the hotel reception.
Breakfast: Breakfast is served from 8:00 A.M to 10:00 A.M
Housekeeping: If you want clean your room please coordinate with the hotel reception or put cleaning request card on the door before 12:00 p.m.

Cancellation rules: For group reservations up to 50 days before arrival without penalty, up to 20 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation will be charged, and from 20 days before arrival to the date of arrival, 100% will be fined.
Attention: serving food and using alcoholic drink , cigarette , hubble-bubble are prohibited and it will be included 10.000.000 Rials fine.
Respectfully, if the items in the room had been damaged , the guests would be responsible to pay damages which will be estimated by the hotel.

The rooms of this mansion do not have TV.
